Stagecoach Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 5 March 2010, 
that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility or 
their connected persons, received ordinary shares of 56/57th pence 
each in respect of the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). 
This follows the Company's interim dividend paid to shareholders on 3 
March 2010.

shares of 56/57th pence each, representing 0.40% of the total Ordinary
